Booking Guidelines
✔️ All services must be booked online. No walk-ins.
✔️ Prepayment is required for all appointments.
✔️ Massage Is Life provides professional, therapeutic, nonsexual services focused on relaxation, stress relief, and wellness.
Gift Certificates / Account Credits
If you are redeeming a gift certificate or account credit, book under:
“Gift Certificate / Account Credit”.
You will be emailed a form after booking — please complete it.
There is no input field at checkout for gift cards or account credits. (You must still put a credit card on file)
Note: Packages, gift certificates, and promo codes are not considered account credits.
Package Holders
Scroll to “Redeem Your Package Session” to book your prepaid package session.
Insurance Members
Independent Health: Book under the Independent Health service menu (discount already applied).
Univera Health (LMFH): Once verified, you may book under the Univera Health category.
Discounts
Military, senior, and other discounts have their own menu category.
Please book your service under the correct discount category.
Same Day Appointments
• Same Day availability is updated daily — please read the service description for same-day policies.

POLICIES
Refunds + Transfers
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) result in a loss of the prepaid service.
No-Shows
- You are considered a no-show at the 15-minute mark if you have not arrived or contacted me.
No-shows result in:
• Loss of the prepaid service
• Loss of future booking privileges
Rescheduling
To reschedule outside the late-cancel window, please look at the schedule first to see what openings are available.
To reschedule outside the late-cancel window:
Text the following to 716-218-0676:
• Your full name
• Original appointment date + time
• The new date + time you want
You cannot reschedule your own appointment online — all reschedules go through me.
Reschedule Rules:
• Your rescheduled session must occur within 30 days of the original appointment.
• Each appointment is allowed one reschedule.
• A second request = forfeited session.
• Constant rescheduling may result in loss of booking privileges.
Running Late
Please call or text (preferred) if you are running late: 716-218-0676.
Time lost due to lateness cannot be added to your session.
Forms
All required forms must be completed before your appointment.
Unfinished forms will reduce hands-on time, as sessions must start and end on schedule.
- First-Time Client you will receive a Health Intake Form after your initial booking
- 2 Days prior to each appointment you will receive an appointment form
Illness
If you are sick or experiencing contagious symptoms (fever, cough, cold, rash, stomach bugs, etc.), please reschedule.
If you arrive sick, the session will be canceled and the prepaid service is forfeited.
Gift Cards
If you late cancel or no-show while redeeming a gift card:
• The gift card will be charged the full fee.
• If the remaining balance is not covered, the difference will be charged to the card on file.
Pediatric Policy (Ages 6–17)
• One parent/caregiver may be in the room or waiting area with the child.
• No additional guests — no siblings, partners, or friends.
Ages 6–12
• Parent/caregiver must remain on the premises for the entire appointment.
• You may wait in your car or the waiting area — but you cannot leave the property.
Ages 13–17
If you choose to leave during the session, you must:
• Return on time
• Come inside to get your child
• Understand they cannot exit alone, no exceptions
These rules ensure safety, consistency, and a calm environment.
Professional Conduct
All services at Massage Is Life are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual in nature.
Any inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior will result in:
• Immediate termination of the session
• Loss of the prepaid service
• Permanent loss of booking privileges
• And charges filed if necessary
