Please read all information prior to booking. To maintain integrity, we request that each client creates their own account for booking, and not to book on behalf of others using their own account. (The person receiving services is the name on the account). Even for children receiving services. They must have their own account. The individual listed on the appointment must be the same person attending the appointment.

Kindly note that all bookings necessitate providing a credit card on file (Card is not charged at time of booking unless stated prepayment is required). It's essential to bring a form of payment with you for checkout in the office, such as a gift certificate, credit, or debit card. If paying with cash please have exact amount (Change is not kept in-office). If you have an account credit/package/pass it will be applied at checkout in office. (Please note any discounts,prepaids or gift certificates will be applied at checkout in-office)

You are not able to put a gift certificate code in the system.

Late Cancel Policy

Any appointment canceled within 24 hours will result in card on file being charged 100% of the service rate or loss in prepaid service.

No-Show

If client is 15 minutes late and has not contacted me. Client will be considered a No-Show and card on file will be charged 100% of the service rate or loss in prepaid service.

Sick Policy

We kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell. Please note our late cancel/no-show policy in such cases.
