For Mother's Coping with Pregnancy & Infant Loss

Description

This session was born from lived experience. After losing my daughter Jordyn, I began to understand just how isolating this type of grief can be — and how few spaces exist where mothers can show up fully, without needing to explain, mask, or minimize their pain. This is a session specifically for mothers navigating pregnancy or infant loss — whether recent or long ago. It’s a space to pause, to release, and to be cared for both emotionally and physically. This session is designed to: Support your nervous system Gently unwind the tension grief stores in the body Offer space for emotional release, with no judgment Allow you to simply be — however that looks for you This is not deep tissue work. It’s slow, intentional, and grounded in nervous system care. The goal isn’t to “fix,” but to support you in carrying what you’re holding — or in setting some of it down. Whether you’re in the thick of loss or carrying years of unspoken grief, this session honors your story and your strength. Here, you don’t have to be okay. Here, you are held in care and understanding.
