Do not book this service until you have completed the verification process at massageislifellc.com and received permission to proceed. Unverified bookings will be automatically canceled and are non-refundable. Once approved, you will be directed to the correct copay option to complete your booking. Please Note: Late cancel and no-show policies apply. Your insurance cannot be billed in these situations. If a late cancel or no-show occurs, your card on file will be charged the difference: $95 minus your assigned copay. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the late cancel, no-show, and rescheduling policies, which are available at massageislifellc.com.
