Same-Day Appointment Policy Because same-day appointments are offered on a limited, case-by-case basis, special guidelines apply: 1. No Same-Day Cancellations or Reschedules Once a same-day appointment is booked, it is considered final. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows for same-day appointments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited toward future services. 2. Pre-Payment Required All same-day appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the spot. 3. Limited Availability Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and will only be accepted when the schedule allows. 4. Running Late If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly and still end at the originally scheduled time. 5. Full Price Only All same-day appointments are booked at full price. Discounts, or promotional rates do not apply. 6. Payment Method Only debit or credit cards are accepted for same-day appointments. Packages, account credits, and gift certificates may not be used for same-day bookings. 6. 3-Hour Booking Window Same-day appointments must be booked at least three hours in advance. After that time, the slot will automatically close and become unavailable.
