Postpartum Peace Massage 1 Hour Swedish Massage with 1 Hour Rest*

Description

*This service is eligible for a Loyalty Punch on appointments booked January 2026 and forward. For Moms Only — A Baby-Free Space to Rest & Heal Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming. Postpartum Peace was created for moms who need a quiet place to rest — physically, emotionally, and mentally — without baby, without guilt, and without having to be “okay.” This session is especially supportive for moms experiencing mood changes, anxiety, or symptoms of postpartum depression. While massage does not treat or diagnose postpartum depression, gentle touch, nervous system regulation, and a safe, calming environment can help reduce stress, ease tension, and support emotional well-being. Please Note — Safety First ~It is always recommended to receive medical clearance from your provider after birth before receiving massage therapy. Giving birth does a lot to the body — physically, hormonally, and emotionally — and your safety and comfort are the priority. What Makes This Session Different ~After your massage, you’ll receive 1 full hour of intentional, uninterrupted rest — no alarms, no rush, no expectations. This added rest allows your nervous system to stay in a healing state longer, offering deeper relaxation and emotional reset. What to Expect ~A quiet, baby-free environment made just for you ~Gentle, restorative full-body massage ~Full body massage with focus on areas that hold new-mom tension — neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, wrists, and feet ~Warm towels + slow, nurturing pressure ~Followed by 60 minutes of peaceful rest time — cozy blankets, dim lighting, no interruptions ~A judgment-free space to breathe, rest, cry, or simply be Ideal For: ~Moms 2+ weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 4–6+ weeks (c-section), with medical clearance ~Physical tension from feeding, holding, or lack of sleep ~Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or isolation ~Moms craving quiet time away from baby to recharge safely and peacefully This session does not replace therapy or medical care. It is gentle support for your body and nervous system — a place to be cared for while you care for everyone else.
