A gentle, therapeutic session designed to support your baby’s comfort, development, regulation, and overall well-being. Infant massage sessions include professional assessment, hands-on massage, gentle stretching, and parent education to help you confidently support your baby at home. Each session is adapted to your baby’s age, developmental stage, temperament, and any medical or developmental considerations. Session may support: -Digestive comfort, gas, and reflux -Sleep regulation and calming -Torticollis or muscle tension -Developmental transitions (rolling, crawling, early standing) -NICU graduates or medically complex infants -Neuromuscular or developmental differences (including cerebral palsy) -Parent-baby bonding and relaxation What to expect: -Intake and developmental assessment -Gentle hands-on massage performed by the therapist -Passive stretching and positioning support when appropriate -Guidance on recognizing baby cues and safe techniques for home -A baby-led pace with time for feeding, changing, or soothing as needed Session Timing & Important Notes: -Sessions are scheduled for up to 60 minutes to allow time for intake, assessment, calming, diaper changes, feeding, and parent questions. Hands-on massage and stretching typically range from 20–40 minutes depending on your baby’s age, needs, and comfort level. -Infant massage is always baby-led, and there is no pressure to complete a full routine. -Massage supports wellness, comfort, and development but does not replace medical care, physical therapy, or occupational therapy. -Sessions may be postponed if your baby is ill or within 24–48 hours of vaccinations.
